Gibraltar Developments is currently the primary builder of East Point Landing, a community within St. John’s and accessed off Logy Bay Road opposite NTV - OZ FM.

A family-oriented subdivision, Gibraltar has no less than 350 house plans from which prospective buyers can choose. “Or,” says Vice President Craig Foley, “buyers can bring in their ideas and work with our staff on formalizing those ideas as buildering plans.”

Phase II of East Point Landing has sold out, and sales have begun on Phase III offer a further 38 building lots. This phase backs on prestigious King William Estates.

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association is “the voice of Canada’s residential construction industry”, representing more than 6,800 member firms across Canada.
